ABOUT ELYSIUM SMILES FOUNDATION

Elysium signifies a state of pure joy and immense happiness. Staying true to the essence of its name, Elysium Smiles Foundation has been established with the vision of spreading happiness and positivity in people’s lives, thereby contributing to making the world around us a kinder, brighter, and better place to live in. The core mission of the foundation is to identify and address pressing social challenges, particularly those faced by the underprivileged and marginalized sections of society, by adopting a structured, thoughtful, and well-planned approach that creates a lasting impact.

The Elysium Smiles Foundation functions as a registered Trust under the able leadership and guidance of its Chief Trustee, Ms. Komal Udhwani. Since its inception in 2017, the foundation has successfully extended its support to more than 750 children by focusing on their education, well-being, and holistic development. With a clear roadmap ahead, it has now set an ambitious goal of impacting the lives of over 2,000 children within the next two years, thereby scaling its reach and deepening its positive influence on society.

What truly distinguishes Elysium Smiles Foundation is its philosophy of contribution. Instead of limiting itself to the simple act of providing financial aid or one-time grants, the organization emphasizes empowerment-driven initiatives. Each project is carefully designed with enablers that equip the beneficiaries to break free from barriers and constraints, paving the way for their growth, self-reliance, and sustainable progress in the long run.

TEAM

Komal Udhwani – Chief Trustee

Komal is an industry specialist in Human Resources and CSR activities having worked relentlessly as an independent advisor in these areas. She heads HR, administration, customer service and CSR initiatives in the company.

Being an entrepreneur at heart, she has launched and managed some of the most successful design boutiques in Jaipur before co-founding Elysium Capital. She has a proven people-management skills coupled with professional competencies in the areas of human resources and client engagements.

She also initiated the social cause Elysium Smiles to help the underprivileged and marginalized strata of the society to have a better education.

She holds a post-graduate degree in Human Resource Management.

Vishal Agarwal – Trustee

Vishal is a Kanpur based FMCG Manufacturer since last 20 years. A good businessman but a philanthropist at heart, Vishal supports Elysium Smiles both financially and by spreading awareness about the institution amongst his professional and personal circle in generating support for future activities of Elysium Smiles.

Vishal has a graduate degree in Commerce and Economics

Subhash Udhwani – Team Member

With 20 years of professional experience across various aspects of financial services, Subhash, the founder is the cornerstone of the organization.

An IIM Bangalore alumnus, a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and a qualified cost accountant, Subhash had a highly stimulating and successful stint in ICICI Bank in various capacities, primarily in the bank’s corporate and real estate division heading Real Estate Credit and Asset Relation Group for the entire bank.
