Elysium means a state of great happiness. As its name suggests, Elysium Smiles Foundation is formed to bring happiness to the lives of people to make it a better place. Its mission is to address social issues especially related to the underprivileged strata of our society through a focused and planned approach.
Elysium Smiles Foundation is a registered Trust, managed by its Chief Trustee Ms. Komal Udhwani. Till now it has supported a total of 400 kids and is targeting to support 1000+ kids in the coming two years.
Elysium Smiles Foundation’s approach in contributing towards society is not through the mere donation of grants; every project is focused on empowering the target group with enablers so that they are able to unshackle the existing constraints in their growth.

Komal is an industry specialist in Human Resources and CSR activities having worked relentlessly as an independent advisor in these areas. She heads HR, administration, customer service and CSR initiatives in the company.
Being an entrepreneur at heart, she has launched and managed some of the most successful design boutiques in Jaipur before co-founding Elysium Capital. She has a proven people-management skills coupled with professional competencies in the areas of human resources and client engagements.
She also initiated the social cause Elysium Smiles to help the underprivileged and marginalized strata of the society to have a better education.
She holds a post-graduate degree in Human Resource Management.
Vishal is a Kanpur based FMCG Manufacturer since last 20 years. A good businessman but a philanthropist at heart, Vishal supports Elysium Smiles both financially and by spreading awareness about the institution amongst his professional and personal circle in generating support for future activities of Elysium Smiles.
Vishal has got his bachelorettes in Commerce and Economics.
With 20 years of professional experience across various aspects of financial services, Subhash, the founder is the cornerstone of the organization.
An IIM Bangalore alumnus, a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a qualified cost accountant, Subhash had a highly stimulating and successful stint in ICICI Bank in various capacities, primarily in the bank’s corporate and real estate division heading Real Estate Credit and Asset Relation Group for the entire bank.
Urvi takes care of all CSR Activities for the foundation. In a short duration with the Elysium group, she has made her presence felt especially among the beneficiary families, donors, and student mentors.
Urvi has worked extensively in various industries as an accounting and taxation professional. She has also worked with law firms – both in civil and criminal matters.
She has a post-graduate degree in commerce and a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Mumbai.
Urvi is a trained dancer and loves traveling around the world.
